Gracias!
Do any of the Apple devices MAC addresses show up in the event logs in the network? You may want to get a packet capture and see what is occurring when those devices attempt to join the network. Meraki support can help you get that packet capture and review it to see if anything stands out as an issue.

Hello,
Thanks for your answer.
Do any of the Apple devices MAC addresses show up in the event logs in the network?
Yes.
We have not been able to take the capture because the client reboot the APs when this happens and the problem is solved momentarily. I keep an open case but since we have not been able to take the capture, they have not given me any diagnosis, much less a possible solution.
If they are actually interacting with your SSID, even if they fail, it should show up in the event log in the dashboard. You shouldn't need to initiate a packet capture or anything.
Hi,
Thank you for your response.
Which model AP and what firmware version are you running on them?
MR33 Y MR42 with versión MR.13 It happened also with MR.11 and MR.12
Do you have any group policies being applied to block apple devices?
No, if it APs reboot the iphone can be connected but it is something momentary because it happens again.
Is the SSID running in bridge mode or NAT?
NAT
How do you have the DHCP server settings configured on the Meraki gear?
This is the option it is configured:
@DuldarM Not to necro this thread, but out of curiosity have you by any chance disabled 'meshing' in the General settings?
