Is there a way to delete a batch of prepaid access codes?

I don't think so. Maybe through Meraki helpdesk.

There is no easy way as @BrechtSchamp says.

I haven't tried this, but you might be able to invalidate all of the codes by disabling pre-paid access and then turning it on again.

You could also try changing the "cost" of a prepaid service invalidating all the existing issued PIN codes.

Neither of those do the trick unfortunately.
