New to this community - Meraki Organization

Hi All,

New to this community.  I have a client that has two Meraki access points MR32 and some unknown prior IT company set them up a few years ago and added them to the Cloud Portal.  They also set the logins.  So I cannot access.

 

Is there a process to get these assigned to my client so they can be setup in our portal and the credentials changed so we can manage?

If you don't have access to any of the admin email accounts for the current dashboard, or know who set it up, then unfortunately you are out of luck.  There is no other way to claim them back.
