Shouldn't affect where you put the APs just changes your licensing terms. You can still do everything you've done before. The MR license will expire at a different time than your co-termination license meaning you don't have to renew everything in one chunk.
The only new licence is "MR Advanced" which includes Umbrella in the licence cost. You don't get access to the Umbrella dashboard. Everything is done via the Meraki dashboard.
