Meraki Splash Page appear Frequency Issue with Active Directory

We are using the Meraki Splash page with an active directory for user authentication. But splash page does not appear every day for authentication whereas the splash frequency is set with everyday frequency. 

Our client expectation with the splash page sign-on is that they should pass through or force the splash page authentication every time they are an attempt to connect with the network. Is there any solution to meet the client's requirements?

"Every day" means every 24 hours.  Perhaps try setting the frequency to every 12 hours.

We will change the frequency and let you know.

But our client expectation is that they should force to splash page login every time when they are trying to connect to the SSID. For testing purposes, our client tried to connect to the SSID after forgetting the password but When he tried to log in again he doesn't force himself to log in to the Splash page. Is there any solution to meet this requirement?

That means every time they want to connect to the SSID they should force to splash page login.

Not really.  WiFi doesn't work that way.

Otherwise every time someone roamed between APs they would have to re-authenticate again.  Every time they walked out and back into the office they would have to re-authenticate again.  Every time they went into a patchy zone and came back again they would have to re-authenticate,

Imagine how painful that would be.

But is there any way to force a scenario using radius authentication or any other solution?

Currently, we are using Cisco 2504 controller with cisco 3500 access points and we are using Cyberoam for captive portal authentication. We are using the same flavor that the client actually asking for. Every time we got disconnected it redirected to the Cyberoam captive portal.

Most companies use WPA2-Enterprise mode for authentication (actually, I don't know of any companies using captive portal for internal staff authentication - that is pretty rare).  Authentication is done automatically using AD credentials.
