Meraki MR - Connecting WiFi using Google Authenticator

Hi All,

I have this experience when configuring the Guest WiFi using Google Authenticator with below method:

https://documentation.meraki.com/MR/MR_Splash_Page/Google_Sign-In

https://documentation.meraki.com/General_Administration/Cross-Platform_Content/Using_Google_OAuth_Sp...

https://support.google.com/a/answer/9497877?sjid=1405202916311363516-NA

Whenever i click the SSID, it goes straight to apac.network.com.

How can i click the SSID straight to login google account or verify my google account ?

Can you please share a screenshot to try understand what is the issue?

I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.

Please, if this post was useful, leave your kudos and mark it as solved.

Guest Wifi test.jpg

In the walled garden, i already put the requirement from Meraki and Google like below:

accounts.google.com
apis.google.com
*.client-channel.google.com
*.google.com
contacts.google.com
*.googleusercontent.com
mail.google.com
mail-attachment.google.com
ogs.google.com
play.google.com
ssl.gstatic.com
www.google.com
www.gstatic.com

Still came out like this.

Have you configured OAUTH with your Google organisation?

Yep already did. This is just a testing, so i put gmail.com as the domain.

Since this is a guest wifi, we would try a simple guest configuration first.
