Meraki Dashboard Wireless splash page splash logo error message

Hi Everyone, I have question on Meraki splash page

I uploaded a splash logo file to the form(200 x 100, JPEG or PNG or GIF), but it outputs an error message.

"An error prevented Dashboard from processing your image. You can try again, or log a case in the "Help" tab."

So, I've consulted the Help Tab but it didn't work

How can i do? Please help me

Billing-enabled Networks

Logo file:

 

     Maximum resolution: 190x244 pixels - oversized images are automatically resized after import

 

     Maximum file size: 200 KB

 

     Supported file types: .jpeg, .gif, .png

 

 

 

All Other Networks

Logo file:

 

     Maximum resolution: 190x244 pixels - oversized images are automatically resized after import

 

     Maximum file size: 1 MB

 

     Supported file types: .jpeg, .gif, .png

 

 

 

All other uploaded image files:

 

     Maximum resolution: None

 

     Maximum file size: 1 MB

 

     Supported file types: .jpeg, .gif, .png
