For the MAC-based access control, that @KarstenI referenced, note the point below, in his screenshot: you need a RADIUS server, which holds the database of MAC addresses and which the access points query, when the clients associate to that SSID. You can't do such MAC auth just using the Dashboard.
It is possible to whitelist clients in the Dashboard, but this is rather different than (just) authenticating them.
