MR74 unable to release from client network.

MR74 unable to release from client network.

We're facing an issue about releasing the AP. We sent Meraki MR74 AP to client location. That
time they had created their network in meraki dashboard.

 

Right now, that company has been shutdown due to pandemic.

 

Anybody can help us.

 

How we can release that AP?

When you say release the AP, do you mean to unclaim the device in order to use it elsewhere?

 

If so, only someone with access to that company's dashboard can unclaim it.

Additionally Meraki support is unable to assist in unclaiming devices if they have already been claimed.
