MR57 - 6GHz Configuration

HI

How to enable 6GHz band ?

There is nothing like what is written in the MR57 Installation Guide:

"Under RF Profiles, existing profiles can be modified or new profiles can be created. Then the profile can be edited under the Flex radio selection for MR57. Using the drop-down menu, the 6 GHz band can be chosen for that particular RF profile to support the tri-band operation for MR57"

My meraki profile looks as follows:

MR57 Frequently Asked Questions I find the following:

Which countries are supported for 6 GHz?

Currently the supported countries by the MR57 for 6 GHz at FCS include the US, UK/ EU and Korea. The US and Korea will support UNII 5 through UNII 8 channels in LPI mode. UK/EU will support UNII 5 channels in LPI mode. Please see the approved country list by the Wi-Fi Alliance for most up to date in information on 6 GHz frequency adaption and support.

WIFI 6E is supported throughout Europe:

Did anyone were able to turn on 6GHz on the MR57 ???

My support ticket is still open and no one gives any answer

Sounds silly but I am assuming you're running 28.6.1 firmware on the MR57?

I'd hit up your Meraki rep/support to find out why you can't enable the 6 GHz band given the EU has adopted a portion of the spectrum

Yes, Current version: MR 28.6.1

I registered a case, but a month has passed and I didn't get any answer why

Possibly an r29 feature, I'd check but I don't have an MR57 at the moment...

Same here. We opened a case on May 10 and the only updates we get is that it's "investigated internally".

Really disappointing...

Finally, after update
