Ebay, Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, choose your pick. 🙂

Just make sure the MR33 is removed from a network, and unclaimed from your Dashboard, so you don't end up selling a brick, to someone expecting an AP. 🙂

Officially no but I'm certain if you surf the web, you'll quite easily come across a few sites which may have been looking into doing exactly that, for research purposes.
