MA ANT 21 H and V ports?

On the connectors there are labels called H and V for each connector respectively. The AP (MR74 in this case) has no such indications. Anybody know what they mean? Horizontal? Vertical? What?

Kind of a big deal

The horizontal & vertical planes as described in the datasheet: https://meraki.cisco.com/lib/pdf/meraki_datasheet_antenna_5GHz_sector_13dBi.pdf

This is generally how antenna radiation patterns are described.

Horizontal AKA azimuth plane

Vertical AKA elevation plane

Super cool: does it matter which R type antennas go into which?

I'm not sure I understand that question. It's a 5GHz band antenna, so in the case of the MR74 it should be attached to the bottom two connectors (the band should be marked on the shell of the AP). It doesn't matter which one goes which.
