Have MR-52 / MR-53 campus wide

Chromebooks NR 22  - Lenovo

Have had reports of Chromebooks receiving "unable to connect to a dhcp server."  Setting the Chromebook aside and waiting then the device connects.

DHCP address lease pool is never exhausted and historical history of AP's show no downs or interruptions. Problem seems to persistent according to the PC Tech.

Any ideas or suggestions?

Check your "Wireless Health" and see where the part of DHCP fails. You can see more info there.

Is the SSID they connect to using internal or public DNS? If possible, can you test using Google DNS to see if they work.

Are there any statically configured devices in the same VLAN?

Any chance of DHCP conflicts or IP address conflicts happening causing DHCP to have to back off?
