Learning MR troubleshooting - from Beginner to Expert Level
Dear peers,
We have a Meraki MR network with around 100 access points. Cisco partner has implemented the network and we as the operations team are responsible for managing the Wi-Fi Network.
I am capable of configuring the new SSIDs but I am struggling with troubleshooting of Wi-Fi related issues. I need a path to learn how to troubleshoot the Meraki Wi-Fi to an expert level. please help to share the resources.
Solved! Go to solution.

You can just take some of the wireless courses if you aren't interested in the whole CMNE-F scope 🙂

There is a free Cisco training course called CMNE-F that gives you an excellent grounding in the Cisco Meraki stack. All you need to do is create a Cisco ID (this is free), if you don't already have one.
