¿It's possible to add Application for the Traffic and Shapping rules?

Hi Meraki Team,

¿It's possible to add Application for the Firewall and traffic shaping rules?, we are trying to add QoS rule in one of our SSIDs in order to clasify MS Teams Audio / video / Sharing / Media with QoS Classification EF / AF21 / AF41 but not in all our networks the same apps appears to be selected.

Can we add the apps in order to match the rules as was settled in out other networks.

Network 1 with missing apps

Looks like NBAR enabled on the second picture and legacy on the first one:

You can add a custom URL, but not specific App.

I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.

Are the two networks on different versions?

Or contain different models of AP's?

@ITGuzman_AAG as @Brash and @KarstenI said; you need to have all APs as Wifi6 or newer to enable NBAR.
