IW9167 Unsupported in Meraki Dashboard?

We enabled Meraki Cloud Monitoring on our Catalyst 9800 WLC (IOS XE 17.15.3.28) and it shows up in the Meraki Dashboard.

However, all connected IW9167EH-A APs fail to register. Output of show ap meraki monitoring summary shows either:

  • Not Registered, or

  • Unsupported MAC address for product. Max Attempts Exceeded. Reboot AP To Register!

APs are on 17.15.3.28, with full internet and DNS access.
Ping and DNS to dashboard.meraki.com from the APs succeed.

Is IW9167 currently supported for cloud monitoring via Catalyst 9800?
If not, is support planned?

Thanks!

Cisco documents list Catalyst APs such as 9162, 9164, 9166, 9115, 9120, 9124, 9130, 9136, and Aironet 2800/3800/4800 series for cloud monitoring. The IW9167 series is not included in this list.

So, it's not supported.

Looks like the IW9167EH-A isn't supported for Meraki Cloud Monitoring, but I’m a bit confused by this:

In the Catalyst 9800 dashboard, Meraki Monitoring Capable shows as "Yes" for all IW9167 APs, yet none of them register.
