IPad Location not working

Hi, any iPad that is connected to our SSID cannot find its current location in any app on the device. If I got to Maps and click the location button, it just spins.  We are having this issue with all our iPads.  The iPads are NOT in the Meraki MDM.  Any help is appreciated since he have had this issue for a while.

yes it works on other WIFI networks perfectly fine.

Hi There,

I work for a school district, and we are in the process up upgrading to Meraki MR 52s and MR 53s.  We have been noticing the same thing with location.  The time zone won't automatically update when connecting to an Meraki AP, but will for on an Aruba AP.  Its affecting any Apple device iPhone, iPad, and MacBook.   Have you found out whats causing this?  Thank you!
