How to check if U-APSD is enable

Hello

We're running on a weird issue with a new cordless voip phone.

Despite it seems to be correctly connected to our network, it keeps switching back and forth to different APs.

When we tried to have it isolated with only 1 possible ap it can connect, it still drop the connection for a few seconds every other minute. I attached a screenshot with an example of 2 minutes of the event log for the device.

This is the only device having this problem. We do have other voip phones on the same SSID that never had any issues, although they are different, older models.

The supplier of the phone asked us to verify if U-APSD is active. I can't find anything about it in the meraki dashboard or on the access points.

The only thing i found online is that it should be enabled by default.

Is there anything else i can check to provide proof to our supplier?

Could the issue be caused by something else?

We have a MX84 with MR33 access points.

Do a PCAP and check the Beacon Frame. IE 221 should tell you that it's enabled.

It is normal for devices to roam between APs.  Why is that an issue?
