Guest Self Registration 10 Min Disconnect

I have self registration guest SSID that set to " Users Must click on the verification Link below " 

My problem is that even after the guest click on the verification link, it will drop connection after 10 min . and they need to reauthenticate with the username and password that they created. 

This is a bad user experience, if we have a guest that presenting in the conference room and drop after 10 min. 

Is there a way to change that ?

Can you check the logs of the device when disconnecting from the SSID in the dashboard and see what is going on? 

If you have access to the dashboard, you can check the logs on Network-Wide -> Event Logs

What does the user see when they click on the link to verify their access?

Sorry for the late reply, I was on PTO. the user see link to verify the email and they can click it
