GR12 AP - still broadcasting 5Ghz when 2.4Ghz only selected

Hi

 

I'm trying to configure some Smart bulbs - but they're not registering properly.  The vendor is insistent on 2.4Ghz for the configuration stage.  I've set 2.4Ghz only for the network, but looking at the app graphs, I'm not seeing any 2.4Ghz traffic, only 5Ghz.  We've tried some diagnosis with RouteThisHelps, and it is showing that my phone is still connected on 5Ghz

 

Am I missing something?

There is a specific community for the Meraki GO.

I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.
