Firmware upgrade process

How the firmware upgrade will proceed to offline device if i schedule an upgrade? Does it upgrade automatically when it is connected to cloud or i have to reschedule it?

It should upgrade once it reconnects to the cloud.

Yes. It should upgrade once it connected to the cloud. I was in the same situation when i was upgrading the security appliances.

The Firmware update is pushed via Dashboard, once a hardware is online and connected to the Cloud.
