Facing issue with meraki AP

Dear All,

We are facing net access issues for the past 9 to 10 months, some of the users are not able to connect with MR devices and some are connected but getting a high ms rate while pinging.

Need help to resolve this issue from champions of network troubleshooting.

have you looked at the Health status of the wireless on the dashboard as to why clients cant connect

When they connect they do get an IP address

Have you collected wireshark trace from the AP's to troubleshoot

anything in the event logs to indicate your issues
