Error conflict DHCP
How might I have received this error in some APs?
I have the DHCP in another Fw that I changed recently.
How it is possibel i recived this error this DHCP it is only for meraki AP
I put a fix IP on the FW for this AP i rebooting the AP, I experienced the same issue.

Typically it is done by a human statically configuring two devices by accident ...

It means it saw two devices using the same IP address as your firewall.

Nop , there is no two gadget with the same IP . How may two IP addresses with the same address be assigned by a DHCP?
