Depends on what tool exactly you're using for monitoring. Do you need recommendations or just to know ways that it's possible?
As Philip noted, Meraki's got webhooks that things can consume. It will also do SNMP on both a network and an org level.
At my shop, we use network-level SNMP with an Auvik collector for up/down and a few other things. Auvik then generates alerts through its own dashboard.
I'll also add that you can export Syslog as well. So as long as your monitoring manager can ingest Webhooks, SNMP Traps, or Syslog you can alert on things.
