DEVICE Country / Region is not US

DEVICE Country / Region is not US

I bought a new MR33 on Amazon from a reseller.  The unit in Inventory shows that its country/region is AU and not the US.  I'm in the US, should this be of concern to me, and do I need to try and get one that is US?
