Could not unclaim the selected access points

Hi,

I am planning to move one of my AP to another network but it won't let me. I followed the steps how to do it but I am having error and can't do anything from here.

https://documentation.meraki.com/zGeneral_Administration/Inventory_and_Devices/Using_the_Organizatio...MR-AP_Unclaim.JPG

  1. Navigate to the Organization > Inventory page.
  2. Check the box for the device(s) to unclaim.
  3. Click Unclaim.
  4. The device(s) will disappear from the list.

You will need to remove the APs from the network first, before you can unclaim the devices from your organization.

Choose the network you wish to remove the APs from, and click Wireless -> Access Points, and find the AP you wish to remove. Select the AP checkbox from the list, and click on Edit -> "Remove from network..."

Afterward, you can continue to unclaim the device from the dashboard.

If you wish to move the AP to a different network, within the same Organization, choose "Move to another network.." rather than "Remove [..]".
