Configure Splash Page

Need help to configure the splash page:

Need to enable splash page that ask you to login every hour(already done), after this needs to configure that this user that access to the network only can stay connected for one hour, then the MAC address have to wait 24 hour to login again.. does anyone know how to do it ?

You would need to use a third party splash page provider like Splash Access.
