Cisco Meraki Access Point Alert | Sticky client

Hello folk,

 

Currently I facing the issue about Cisco Meraki Access Point Alert | Sticky client

Does anyone know how to resolve it ?

The alert indicates that you've got a client that is staying connect to that AP despite the fact that it has better options of other AP's to connect to.

There's not much you can do from the Meraki side to fix this except potentially play with the power settings on the profile.

It's usually a client side driver or software issue that means it doesn't roam as it should (a client side decision)
