Channel utilization is high

We are using the MR-52 running with MR 25.13 version firmware.

the channel utilization for 5 band is going high nearly reaching 95%

What can we do to bring this to normal??

Note:-no nearby AP's channel are overlapping with this one..

It would just be one of your clients.  Does the AP show lots of throughput?

Have you tried another channel?
There could be non-wifi interference with a high duty cycle.

In case of high usage due to someone overusing it, then just put a per client bw limit.
