CWA Issue - Guest WIFI

We have an issue where Meraki APs connected to a Cisco switch are no longer passing the CWA. 

Works OK for Meraki APs connected to Meraki switch, we suspect this is a bug on the Cisco IOS but wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this? 

We are using Cisco ISE for auth and CWA, Meraki AP and Cisco switch, guest is tunnelled to a concentrator.

What IOS version are you running (....or referring to)?

If it works on a Meraki switch, but not on a Cisco switch, I'd argue it most likely be a configuration issue on the Cisco Switch. 

Since the Guest SSID is tunneled to a concentrator, it's the Concentrator that'll be the NAD. This is regardless if the switch is Meraki or Cisco.
