Hello,
we switched our MDM from Apptec360 to MS Intune. We give the devices the wifi configuration and, in my opinion, have configured everything identically in both systems, but after switching to Intune, our iPhones no longer connect to the specified SSID.
What i can see, all Devices try to connect with this Error:
auth_mode='wpa2-psk' 11k='1' 11v='1' error_code='17' radio='1' vap='8' channel='64' rssi='31'
Old MDM:
New MDM:
Network Name and SSID are equal
SSID Settings:

Error code 17 indicates your AP has run out of association ID's.

Given this is very unlikely to be the case, this could be another issue.
Are you running MR 30.7 firmware? If so, try downgrading to 30.6 or disabling client balancing. There are some known issues around this version that produce the error code you're seeing.

Thanks for your Reply.
Right, we have already upgraded to firmware 30.7, but unfortunately we can't go back to 30.6. I'll test the client balance tomorrow when I'm at work.
But I still find it strange if this is the reason, because the iPhones that are still on the old MDM have no problems with the SSID, which is only there for the smartphones. We have no problems with other SSIDs.
Thank you Brash, Switching off client balancing also works in our environment!
Hope there will be a new Update soon.
If you inspect one of the devices manually - has it applied the settings correctly?
Make sure the SSID has exactly the same case, and there are no trailing or leading spaces.
