no World mode 802.11d setting for Meraki AP's

Hi I have medical devices who needs to have support of world mode to connect to the AP , but I can't find the setting.

other medical who doesn't need it are connecting normal

I know the regulatory domain is set automatically but is this replacing 802.11d?

The AP domain is enforced by the network wide -> General page setting: Country/Region.
