client connection issues

Hi:

I have a client that cannot connect to our secure wifi. She is getting an error message that says windows cannot verify the servers identity. On the radius server I see the following error message in the log

reason code:16

Reason: Authentication failed due to a user credentials mismatch. Either the user name provided does not map to an existing user account or the password was incorrect.

Whats weird is that the laptop connects fine if she goes to another room. Any idea as to why this is going on? All of the aps in this building are registered to the same radius server.

Hello,

Check and see if the AP's LAN IP is added to correctly to the RADIUS server, and verify if other different laptops or devices are able to connect to that AP. If no device can connect, I recommend opening a case with Support to have them investigate.

I have checked that and they are all added. I have created a case with support

Any chance there is an old WiFi system or old WiFi AP around that area?
