Splash Page Wifi Setup Iphone

Hello, 

I have a case where the Wifi setup on a network works as expected with computers trying to connect but when trying to connect with an Iphone, the ios warns that the wifi does not have internet access when connecting (see image attached). However, when the "use without network" option is pressed in this step, the The phone connects to the Wifi regardless and recieves internet. 

I have the wifi setup with a redirecting URL splash page click through with a preshared key WPA1 WPA2, 

 

Any Ideas on this?

With one AP and one SSID for the AP that is setup with a click through splash page after pre shared key WPA authentication and in No Bridge NAT mode.
