We have a customer platform with 25 MR42 AP version MR 25.13, using the radios of 2.4 & 5 GHz and providing wireless services to 104 users
(Windows10, Brother printers, macOS, iPhone and Android).
They are using one SSID with PSK (WPA2) encryption.
Customers are reporting daily intermittent connectivity issues (accessing internal and external resources) including disconnection of wireless printers.
As common factor we have detected several 802.11 disassociation - unknown reason logs on affected users, including from static printers on their connection to AP.
I have been monitoring this customer platform for some days and there is not any "Offline" or "Alerting" messages from APs on Meraki Dash board.
Do you have any recommendations or steps to follow to try to solve this issue?
