Meraki could not contact RADIUS server

Hi, before this I had already setup Meraki Access Point sign-on Splash Page with my RADIUS server. I had already give public IP Address for my local RADIUS server and it went well. Client can login to the splash page using Active Directory credentials. After a few month, suddenly Meraki Dashboard could not contact with local RADIUS server. Does anyone have same problem with me?

Is there any other way how to know your meraki cloud public ip other than on firewall info tab?

Have you checked the firewall logs yet? You can try to perform a packet capture.

I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.

Please, if this post was useful, leave your kudos and mark it as solved.

Is the public IP address the same?  Does the RADIUS server log show anything?  Is the inbound NAT on the firewall still in place?  Is the RADIUS server running (perhaps it crashed)?
