Meraki MR56 wifi

On three floors wifi works completely, users get IP and get out to Internet via guest network. On the second floor AP's, users get an IP address on wifi but no Internet . all floors are using MR56.

Have you checked if you can reach the gateway?

Are the AP on the same subnet on each floor, have you checked your device that routes out to the internet for any traffic being blocked.

I'm guessing you are using the MR to do DHCP, which is why DHCP is working - but that the MRs on the second floor are in the wrong VLAN, which is why they can not get to the Internet.  Or perhaps the VLAN on the switches is not correctly trunked through to whatever provides the Internet access.,
