Meraki M33 - Unknown Meraki.com Email for login

Hi,

I run a factory and some months ago, our telecom company (Etisalat) started bundling a Meraki M33 device with their Business Internet Package.  At some point the Telco Company came to our premises are installed a Meraki M33 device - I had no idea this happened.

I started receiving summary network reports to my email (info@springtechllc.com). However, clicking links in the email report forward me me to https://n290.meraki.com/login...  where in need a email and password login.

I've tried resetting the password using the email info@springtechllc.com but do not receive password reset instructions - I'm assuming the meraki.com account was setup with another email account.

How do I find out the email address associated with n290.meraki.com OR just reset the device?

Thanks,

Nish

Hi @Nish, you need to contact the company as I assume they have the login details to the dashboard and they will be able to modify and/or add you to the dashboard.

You can find more information here: https://documentation.meraki.com/zGeneral_Administration/Cross-Platform_Content/Summary_Report_Overv... (in the bottom of the page)
