Meraki AP survey mode TX power.

Hi all

I would like to clarify the radio power settings in the Meraki AP survey mode.

Does the power value describe IR power or calculated EIRP?

For example, 10dBm is the IR value to which I should add the antenna gain (5dBm > MR 46) on top?

that value is without antenna gain.
