Meraki AP Mysteriously Went Offline

My Meraki AP went offline according to my monitoring application (SolarWinds). I checked the event log and the only thing I see was there was an Auto RF Channel change at the same time the log was sent. My question is will an auto RF channel change cause the AP to reboot or become unavailable?

It should not - no.  How are you checking uptime?  ping?

Any chance a firmware upgrade got rolled out?
