Meraki AP MR36 auth error

Kindly inform us what will be the main reason of following authentication errors of meraki AP's connection logs. I'm using MR36 APs.

 

Client failed during the authentication step.reason='reserved' radio='1' vap='0' channel='60' rssi='36'

 

How to fix it? and reason. Thanks

The failure reason "reserved" is essentially for unknown/uncategorised errors. See this post for further information:

Aside from checking basic configuration, I'd suggest engaging Meraki support for assistance troubleshooting.

What type of authentication are you using? Do you have 802.11r and 802.11w enabled? If yes you can try disabling It.

I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.
