Error while accessing Umbrella Events



We have several organizations where we have upgraded to an MR Advanced license, to get umbrella.

But on all organizations, we get this error message if we go to Organization -> Security Center

"Error while accessing Umbrella Events"


Does anyone have experience solving this?

I have made a case to Meraki Support which says it is a known error. But it does not seem that they can solve it.

I've been waiting several weeks now.Furthermore, they think it is my browser, but have tried with 3 different as well as different devices. Everything shows the same thing.


I'm starting to get a little frustrated. Since an MR ADV License is not cheap and Meraki does not deliver the promised.
