DHCP Scope Options

So last week after a power issue the DHCP and DNS servers crashed and were unrecoverable. Now none of our ~140 APs are seen by the Dashboard but they are all allowing clients to get valid DHCP addresses and connecting to the internet. I seem to recall having to set scope options on DHCP server when the APs were installed but I can't find any documentation about what options should be set. Does anyone know if some scope options should be set, and what those settings are if that is the case or any other ideas that might help?

Kind of a big deal

Manually set the IP addresses and gateway with a DNS like Google (8.8.8.) then setup Meraki DHCP for your wifi clients

Meraki APs don't use any vendor-specific values (unlike with a Cisco WLC).

As @kYutobi notes, you just need a DHCP server to give them an IP address and working DNS servers to use.  If you statically configured the APs then you'll need to touch everyone of them and give them a working DNS server to use.
