Good morning,
I have the following problem, I have 4 Ap's that have configured an SSID for 802.1X with custom RADIUS, the problem is that the users do not last more than 1 minute connected and the connection drops, reviewing the logs I noticed the following:
The "client has left AP" message catches my attention, this message is repeated for any user who connects.
Could someone help me to solve the problem, please?
Thanks for the help and sorry for my bad English.
I would recommend calling in to Meraki Support for assistance. (Details available under Help > Get help in the Dashboard)
You can try to increase de EAP timers and also disable Radius CoA:
Can you share your RF profile configuration?
Hi, thanks for reply
The times are as follows and the CoA is disabled.
The RF is as follows since the APs are at a distance of 5 or 6 meters making a frame between the 4
Thanks for the help
Try this:
Hi, thanks for your response
I will make the changes and I will monitor the behavior.
Regards,
band steering is something that is a pain for old and low-power devices, like smarthome appliances (Shelly, any espressif device / those tiny MCUs)
i decided to have a smarthome-profile for those clients. The other one is for high-performance devices only.

Hi
Could you share the configuration with me?
Thanks!
Yes, but the messages persist and I am concerned when more users are connected and the problems are greater.
Try to change the Radius timeout on your SSIDs, by default It's 1 second, and change it for 10.
by the way, I noticed that the client Is receiving RSSI 100, It means that there is not a good signal.
