Buenos dias a todos

Quisiera solicitar de su ayuda ya que el dia de ayer me ocurrio algo muy raro, primero mi switch de Cisco Meraki se puso de color ambar en vez de verde y el internet se empezo a caer lo desconecte y volvi a conectar porque pense que era falla de luz que aqui ocurre mucho, pero al volver aun cuando ya prendia verde mis SSID se iban apagando uno por uno tengo 4 y luego volvian a prender y se volvian a apagar esto en una secuencia muy rapida que no me permitia hacer nada esto empezo como als 16:00 hrs y termino hasta las 23:25 pero me detuvo toda la produccion y quiero saber si alguien me puede ayudar por si ocurriera de nuevo ya que no supe que paso.

Is the switch set with a static IP or DHCP?  Based on what info you shared, it sounds like the switch simply lost connectivity with the dashboard (cloud).  I would first be inclined to look at the switch if it's set to DHCP or static IP then look at the uplink port to be sure it's set right with native VLAN and allowed VLANs.

The MRs likely followed suit due to the switch losing connectivity to the dashboard (cloud).

Thank you very much for the response, at the time things happened I checked the DHCP and the firewall and they were working fine, all the IPs are fixed, it was as if the service was degraded, as if the access points were not receiving enough power, because the switch was green but the access points were not
