As far as I know, the PWR-C1-715WDC is for the C9300.

Based on the documentation, it's safe to say that you cannot use the PWR-C1-715WDC on the C9200.

I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.
