I have setup a bunch of custom pie chart field for traffic analysis i.e port 20000 and named it but it doesn't actually look like this feature works, it still displays the traffic as "Non-web TCP" traffic..
As @PhilipDAth said, it is for all intensive purposes useless. I tried every which way to get some of our custom traffic properly reported on but it is not really possible.
