Switches and AP's are up on site but dashboard displaying no connectivity

Hi,

For some reason the Meraki dashboard is displaying no connectivity for switches and APs at a particular site but the switch and APs are online and pingable. What could cause this and what is the best way to establish connectivity to the Meraki cloud again?

hi @phelimmc , any changes made on the upstream firewall that would block the devices connecting to the cloud?
