Switch models..do I need full Layer 3 MS250 or higher?

Looking to replace my current sites with Meraki switches (already use all meraki access points).

Just don't want to overbuy on switches if I don't have to.  Would like to get away with using perhaps MS225/210's combination of 1 MS250 and MS225.  Recommendations appreciated!  Just not sure true L3 capabilities of the different models.

Sites connected via MPLS WAN

Site 1

50 users (3 floors all home runs to server room)

2 vlans (Data and Voice currently core Layer3 switch has the route)

Combination of virtual servers, PCs and IP phones

Total port count (2x 48 port and 1x 24 port)

Site 2

75 users (4 floors all home runs to server room)

3 vlans (Data, wifi and Voice currently core Layer3 switch has the route)

Combination of virtual servers, PCs and IP phones

Total port count (3x 48 port and 1x 24 port)

Site 3

30 users (1 floor)

2 vlans (Data, and Voice currently core Layer3 switch has the route)

Combination of virtual servers, PCs and IP phones

Total port count (2x 48 port)

Thanks!

Kind of a big deal

The MS250 can take a redundant power supply while the MS210/MS225 can only use an RPS (which is horrible - don't use RPS).

So this might affect your decisions.

If all your routing is static then the MS210/MS225 option will be sufficient.

The MS250 adds OSPF dyanmic routing.

The MS210 and MS225 can be stacked together.  They can not be stacked with an MS250.  An MS250 can only be stacked with another MS250.
