Setup a Multi Site Uplink Redundancy using only Security Gateway

Hello , i want to setup a Setup a Multi Site Uplink Redundancy using only Security Gateway.

to give you a proper background, we currently have two sites connected on one dashboard.

Site 1 

Uplink source -> MX64 -> MS12024P -> Point to Point 

Site 2

Point to Point -> MS12048LP

What i want to do is add an uplink source to Site 2 and have it routed through Site 1's MX64

Moving site 1's uplink source is currently not optional and neither is moving site 2's uplink source to site 1.

That would be quite the complex setup.

It would seemingly be far easier to place another mx at site 2 so both have primary wan uplinks. You can then set the point to point link as a secondary WAN uplink. Assuming you have the appropriate routing that would achieve the uplink redundancy you're looking for.

But going strictly off what you're asking, unless your point-to-point link is providing some sort of stretched layer 2 overlay, I don't see how you can make it work.
